FABTECH visitors can get their first up-close look at the powerful and affordable DNE D-Soar Fiber Laser and efficient DNE C-Bend Press Brake September 11-14 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. The DNE D-Soar was first released to the USA and Canada as part of value-focused partnership with SteelPoint Machine Tool announced in June.
FABTECH visitors can see the DNE D-Soar 1530 15kW Fiber Laser in Booth A4525. The D-Soar is equipped with a 5'x10' table size, ByPower cutting head, dust collector, and 1-seat of nesting software. This affordable fiber laser is available in 3000W, 4000W, 6000W, 8000W, 12000W, and 15000W models. It is designed for versatility and can cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metals. The DNE D-D-Soar can cut through steel with a maximum thickness of 40 MM. The DNE fiber laser boasts low operational costs and fast table changeover times ranging from 17-25 seconds. All DNE fiber lasers and press brakes are maintained and serviced by local and knowledgeable OpEx service technicians.
The DNE C-Bend 160/3100 Press Brake is also scheduled to be on display in the DNE Booth (A4525). The on-display model features a tonnage of 176 US Tons, 10-foot bed length, 2-axis back gauge, and Cyblec CT12 Control. The DNE C-Bend offers precise bending at a favorable price-performance ratio. This affordable press brake is built with a C-Frame for better stress performance long-term and excellent precision stability. The C-Bend is available with standard features, such as a 2-axis back gauge system, laser bending safety protection system, two front support arms, hydraulic oil cooling system, electric cabinet air conditioning, and ergonomic foot switch. Additional options are also available for more demanding bending requirements.
